How long will it take to receive my certificates if mailed/ downloaded?

Can I mail or fax my test answer sheet or go on line (Login)?

Yes. You can email and/or fax us your answer sheet.

Do you report to CE Broker?

Yes, for Florida Dental, Florida Massage, Georgia Massage, South Carolina Dental and Tennessee Dental.

How long will it take to receive my courses if mailed?

2-3 Business days, orders are sent Priority mail.
